Lost, Stolen and Delivered packages:

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier.

Order processing and shipping:

• Processing time is 5 business days. Shipping and delivery is an additional 5-7 days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Product appearance disclaimer:

• Hair texture, color, and curl pattern may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural hair variations.

Review and discount terms:

• Discounts provided in exchange for content require a video review posted within 7–10 days of delivery. Failure to post may result in loss of future discounts or eligibility.

Chargebacks and fraud protection:

• Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and communication records.

Returns and exchanges: All sales and services are final.
